Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, standard domestic delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options, when available, generally arrive within 1–2 business days.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to select international destinations.

International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and local carrier services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Northvale is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been dispatched.
